3. Return Conditions
Eligible Items: Must be unused, unopened, in brand new condition, and in original packaging with all components.
Defective/Damaged Items: Notify us within 2 days of delivery for defects (not functioning as intended) or damage (received broken) via Fantasy Smoke Help Hub or shop@thefantasysmoke.com.
Claims: Keep all items, packaging, and proof (e.g., photos, order number) for claims. 
Defective products have a 2-day limited claim window for refund or replacement (see Terms of Service).
Electronics (e.g., batteries, vaporizers) are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons. Contact us ASAP for quick resolution.
Clearance Items: Final sale, non-returnable.
Return Shipping: You pay return shipping unless defective/damaged.
Free Shipping Deduction: If free shipping applied, original shipping cost is deducted from refunds.
Time Limits: Initiate unused returns within 30 days; defective/damaged claims within 2 days.

4. How to Return
1. Submit a request at Fantasy Smoke Help Hub or shop@thefantasysmoke.com.
2. Receive a return shipping label for eligible returns.
3. Return item in original unopened packaging, unused, sealed, with all components.
4. We’ll email confirmation upon receipt and refund approval.

5. Returns Timeline
Receipt Confirmation: Within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Refund Processing: Within 7–10 business days after approval.
If replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

6. Return Fees
Shipping Return Fee: $10 for return shipping labels (non-defective/damaged returns).
Restocking Fees: 0% up to 25% for new original condition; 25% up to 50% for opened, damaged, or incomplete returns.
Lost/Damaged Returns: We’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, the shipper would be.
Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days after resolution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations & Refusals
Cancellations: Contact Fantasy Smoke Help Hub or shop@thefantasysmoke.com before shipping. If shipped, follow return process.
Refused Deliveries: Incur original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and up to 25% restocking fee (if returned in brand new condition; up to 50% for opened/damaged/incomplete).
Contact us immediately if refused by mistake.
