3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
We use trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) with 21+ signature confirmation for high-value orders or upon request, per Tobacco 21 law (see Terms of Service).

4. Delivery Information
Estimates: Delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing. Times are estimates; we’re not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Claims for Lost, or Damaged Packages: Fantasy Smoke is not liable for lost, or damaged/Defective packages/items, but we will assist customers in filing claims with carriers, up to a $100 limit, consistent with our liability cap (see Terms of Service, Section 9).
Keep packaging and defective items with proof: (e.g., photos, order number) to file claims at Fantasy Smoke Help Hub or shop@thefantasysmoke.com. Claims will be filed with the carriers for lost/damaged shipments.
Cancellations: Cancel before processing (1–3 business days) via Fantasy Smoke Help Hub or shop@thefantasysmoke.com. If shipped, follow Refund Policy.

5. Address Verification
5.1 Provide a correct shipping address. Incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees or partial refunds.
5.2 We may verify high-value orders, mismatched billing/shipping info, or expedited requests, which may delay shipping. Verification typically takes 1–2 business days. We’ll notify you via email.
5.3 Customs Duties and Fees You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for international shipments, including those under Section 321 regulations (19 U.S.C. § 1321). Fantasy Smoke is not liable for these costs or supplier errors in customs documentation.

6. Fraud Prevention & Out-of-Stock
We may verify or cancel orders to prevent fraud.
For out-of-stock items ordered, we’ll offer substitutes, refunds, or cancellation.

7. Your Responsibilities
